CP from Cascais improves service with PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS solutions
CP from Cascais resorted to the services of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS to improve the attendance of all passengers.
This project included the installation of a digital billboard model PLASMV and a ticket dispenser model QUARTZ 15".
Both equipments were designed to improve the whole experience in CP from Cascais, from access to information about departures and arrivals, to a personalized ticketing management.
The PLASMV model with Ykiosk integration
The PLASMV model at CP from Cascais, has as its main function to present the CP website so that users can consult information about train departure and arrival times.
PLASMV digital billboard is also integrated with Ykiosk software, which limits user navigation to the pages indicated by CP from Cascais.
Besides all this, PLASMV will surprise and stand out in the surrounding environment, meeting the needs of passengers.

The QUARTZ model with QMAGINE integration
The QUARTZ model was also chosen for this project, working as a queueing solution, which includes an information and attendance status display screen.
This attendance system has the purpose of organizing the waiting area so that it is possible to buy tickets at CP.

- Reduced perception of waiting time.
Together with this ticket dispenser kiosk, CP from Cascais integrated it with the QMAGINE software. This software will facilitate and optimize the management of attendance / queue.
