With dozens of employees using the cafeteria daily, management was looking for a way to improve the internal experience, reducing wait times and ensuring faster, more organized service.
The Challenge
Before implementation, the ordering process in the canteen was completely manual: employees would go to the counter, place their order directly, and wait in line until they were served.
This model presented two main problems:

The Solution
PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS developed and custom-built an integrated solution, combining hardware and software, that brought greater autonomy and efficiency to the canteen's ordering process.
The custom-built 32-inch MEDIA QSR self-service kiosk provides clear and dynamic menu display, making the space more modern and functional.
Kiosks integrated with PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS' YCanteen software allow hotel staff to intuitively order and pay for meals.
Self-service kiosks are, therefore, an asset to the hotel and restaurant sectors.
MEDIA QSR Self-Service Kiosks:
A 27'' SENSES interactive wall kiosk equipped with PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS YCanteen software was installed in the kitchen area to manage orders placed at the MEDIA QSR self-service kiosks.
SENSES Wall Kiosk:
A large display has been installed in the cafeteria and canteen area where hotel staff can view the status of their orders and know when it is their turn.

Fully integrated with the hotel's payment and management systems, it automatically updates order status and communicates with the information display, ensuring that the entire process, from ordering to delivery, is streamlined and organized.
