Guimarães Cityfy: service ticket issuance - Queue management QMAGINE by PARTTEAM
As part of its modernization and administrative simplification strategy, the Guimarães City Council launched the Guimarães Cityfy App.
PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS was a technological partner of the project developed by the SKILLMIND group and responsible for the design, assembly and production of the ticket dispensing kiosks for the Guimarães City Council.
Closer to the residents, Guimarães City Council has been implementing a set of technological tools to improve the services available to citizens and businesses.

The queuing management systems QMAGINE by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS and participation of SKILLMIND group allow to integrate unique applications and software. An extremely versatile and simple feature for cities and counties.
Available for iOS and Android, the Guimarães Cityfy App, interacts with residents, visitors and tourists from Guimarães, and it is possible to take service tickets, through the mobile phone, tablet or other digital platform, to the queue management system of the municipality attendance.
The entire queuing management system is fully integrated and works automatically.
This modernization process intends to provide the Municipality of Guimarães with a set of ICT tools in order to make the municipality more efficient and effective, with advantages for citizens, reduce costs and offer a new model of distribution of public services.
