Howa Tramico Automotive invests in multimedia kiosk from PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS for organizational optimization

Howa Tramico Automotive, a subsidiary of the japanese Howa group, with an automotive components factory in the Industrial Zone of Alvarães, Viana do Castelo, has invested in a multimedia kiosk of the MINDELO model by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS with the aim of improving communication and space organization.

The equipment, installed in a corridor that allows access to the changing rooms, the cafeteria and the production unit, allows employees to access the self-service page provided by the Human Resources software (HR).

That is, employees have access to their personal area (personal data) and professional area (professional situation) to consult or change information. They can also consult company documentation, such as the internal regulations, the code of conduct or the organizational chart, and can make requests and justify absences or schedule vacations. In addition to allowing information consultation, the Mindelo kiosk has an A4 printer, so that company employees can print documents.

The MINDELO multimedia kiosk has had a positive impact on the flow of information, now directly to the consumer. In addition, improvements were felt in communication with Human Resources and in increasing user autonomy.
