In this case, the PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS' ClusterWall allows both truck drivers on the piers, as well as employees and visitors to IKEA stores, to login, that is, the entry registration. After this procedure, the installed kiosks print a QR-Code for access to the IKEA facilities.

How the process works
Firstly, the visitor (truck driver) must enter his/her data, namely the name, email, organization, telephone, Citizen Card number, reason for visit, date of visit, place, the area and department to visit.
Next, you must say whether you are a visitor with or without pre-registration.
Finally, you must identify the respective appointment, either through email, a code or telephone number.
Language Selection
To register or advertise a booking, the visitor must select the language to start the process. Available languages are Portuguese and English;
Types of Visits
4 types of visit are presented, the visit without pre-registration, the visit with pre-registration, the visit by authorities and the visit by mail or deliveries;
Visits without registration
If the visitor has not pre-registered (scheduled the visit) he is asked to enter his data to book the visit to the site;
Visits with registration
If the visitor has already pre-registered the visit, indicate the e-mail, code or telephone number so that it is possible to verify the appointment;
Announce Presence
For visits by authorities, firefighters, civil protection, mail or deliveries, visitors are asked to confirm that they want their presence announced, in order to validate their entry into the premises.
