Media QSR self-service kiosks for Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, Switzerland
Distinguished with the seal of quality and luxury, the historic and century-old Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, located in St. Moritz, Switzerland, provides local experiences with feelings of comfort, luxury and exclusivity.
As PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is a world reference in the development and manufacture of self-service kiosks, digital billboards, among many other solutions, it joined forces with Badrutt’s Palace Hotel to develop self-service kiosks for the hotel canteens. Thus, the MEDIA QSR self-service kiosks were produced, for purchasing meals and consulting menus, and the SENSES interactive wall-mounted kiosk for managing orders in the kitchen.
In order to guarantee the provision of high quality services to the hotel's employees and to have an optimized management of queues in the dining area, the hotel's employees can, through these self-service kiosks MEDIA QSR by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, order their meals more efficiently, quickly and autonomously.
MEDIA QSR model
The PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS self-service interactive kiosks give customers the possibility to place their meal orders in a practical and convenient way.
Minimalist, elegant and versatile, the MEDIA QSR model stands out in its surroundings due to its robust structure in lacquered steel with a brushed steel ring around the structure, on top of the kiosks are installed LED lights with colors that indicate the availability of each kiosk.
The 32'' MEDIA QSR kiosk, developed for this hotel, provides a clear and dynamic view of the menus, making the space more modern and, at the same time, more functional. These features, combined with interactive technology and self-service, give the kiosk an unusual ability to provide information autonomously to its customers.
Self-service kiosks are therefore an added value for the hotel and restaurant sectors, as they offer several benefits:

In the kitchen area, a 27'' SENSES interactive wall-mounted kiosk was installed, equipped with the YCanteen software by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, with the aim of managing all orders placed at the MEDIA QSR self-service kiosks. In this way, the kitchen staff can view all orders placed and manage them more effectively. In this kiosk it is also possible to inform employees of the status of their orders.
The automation of this entire process (purchase of meals) in the dining areas of the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, using self-service kiosks, aims to make the management of these spaces more efficient, providing employees with greater comfort and speed in service.
