Municipality of Loures: Technological Artery with
digital billboard by

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS developed and produced a interactive digital billboard ZYTEC to be installed in the Municipality of Loures, in a project led by DST / Mosaic partner, as a result of the European project REMEDIO, thus transforming the Avenue of Moscavide into a technological artery.

Aiming to involve the population, inform them and connect them directly to the municipality, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS' interactive digital billboard ZYTEC is equipped with free information content about the municipality:

Information on mobility choices;
Transport schedules;
Interactive maps, itineraries and routes;
Information in several languages;
Main points of tourist attraction;
Places of interest;
Regional events;
News.

This digital billboard also supports the "A Minha Rua (My Street)" portal, an online space that allows citizens to report the most varied situations regarding public spaces, and the sensorization of air quality and noise, through LoRa technology, thus allowing local inhabitants and visitors to the municipality to have access to information on environmental indicators in real time.

To encourage residents and visitors to enjoy the digital billboard, it provides a free WiFi hotspot, thus guaranteeing Internet access from any mobile device or computer equipment within a 50 meter radius.

The interactive digital billboard ZYTEC was conceived, designed and developed with the integration of two displays, in order to efficiently allow the simultaneous use of several users, making it the ideal equipment for any sector of activity.

With the implementation of this project, the Municipality of Loures intends not only to create a leisure space, making it a differentiating landmark within the Avenue of Moscavide through the concept of smart city, but also to modernize, promote interaction with residents and their visitors and promote equal opportunities to access information.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS' customizable technological solutions for smart cities are indispensable for their progress and technological evolution, where the focus is on the formation of the intelligent citizen, making cities more creative, sustainable and intelligent.
