Municipality of Lousada invests on PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS interactive kiosks
Taking into account that digital signage is increasingly used in our daily life, in practically every sector, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS has produced an interactive wall kiosk and a ticket dispenser for the town hall of Lousada, a project led and implemented by the SKILLMIND company.
The interactive wall kiosk of the model ZYTAB WALL of 55”, in MDF, works as an electronic notice – Edinforma –, whose main purpose is to provide information and mandatory documents, in a simple, organized and effective way.
Among the various functionalities of the equipment, the following should be highlighted: provision of documents (such as notices, notifications and reports, applications, announcements, public procurement and staff hiring); provision of information (such as news and current affairs, culture, tourism, cultural agenda and events, useful information and contacts, complaints and suggestions) and provision of multimedia supports (more specifically images and videos).
This equipment, with perfect finishes and quality details, allows greater complicity between the user and the multimedia kiosk, in addition to having been developed to support the new technologies on the market.
PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS' ZYTAB model was developed to allow the integration of any kind of touch screen, creating an interactive device for interior.
As for the QUARTZ model ticket dispenser, it provides personalized customer service and a productivity gain in the service provided. In addition, a better organization of services, optimization of service processes and elimination of traditional queues is guaranteed, which translates into greater comfort in service.
