PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS Installs Self-Checkin and Self-Checkout Solution at Trute’s Caravan and Trailer Park

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS continues to strengthen its presence in the outdoor tourism with the implementation of a complete self-checkin and self-checkout solution at Trute’s Caravan Park.

Comprising a TURIN model self-service kiosk, the specialized YTicket Campground software, and an integrated access control system with an automatic barrier, this installation aims to modernize the park's operation, increase visitor autonomy, and ensure continuous, simple, and efficient operation.

Self-Service Solution for More Agile Management

The TURIN self-service kiosk, installed in an indoor/reception area of the park, allows users to perform all operations autonomously and immediately.

Through an intuitive interface designed for intensive use in tourist environments, visitors can:

  • Check-in and check-out completely independently
  • Make electronic payments
  • Purchase additional services such as restroom access and electricity
  • Issue access codes for the park and infrastructure
  • Read and validate documents
  • Consult relevant information about your stay

Integrating the kiosk with the access control system allows visitors to automatically receive a code to open the barrier/gate after payment and completion of the process, ensuring an efficient flow and reducing the need for manual staff intervention.

YTicket Campground: Software for Caravan and Trailer Parks

The solution is complemented by YTicket Campground, software developed by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS specifically to meet the needs of campgrounds and trailer parks.

With this system, the entire park operation becomes automated and centralized, allowing for:

  • Real-time management of arrivals and departures
  • Automatic processing of reservations and stays
  • Simplified payments recorded in the system
  • Issuance and monitoring of access codes
  • Complete reports for administration and operational control

YTicket Campground was designed to ensure speed, security, and ease of use, both for visitors and the park management team.

1. “Welcome” Page

The welcome home page presents the main functionalities of the software, ranging from parking space reservations to the reservation of electrical power outlets. In addition to these features, visitors can also access the “Itineraries” area, which offers suggestions for tourist visits in the surrounding area.

2. Parking Space Reservation

To reserve a parking space for motorhomes, the user must enter the arrival date (selected by default), the departure date, and the motorhome’s license plate number.

3. Available Spaces

After entering the required information, the available parking spaces for the motorhome are displayed. The user must select an available space and proceed to payment to complete the reservation.

4. Reservation Summary

The reservation summary displays all relevant reservation details (dates, license plate, selected space, and extras), allowing users to review and confirm the information before proceeding to payment.

5. Payment

On the payment page, the user is asked to make the payment. In this case, payment is only possible via Multibanco card, following the instructions on the payment terminal. Once the payment is validated, the self-service kiosk prints a receipt with the reservation code, and the user may proceed to the parking area.

6. Extras: WC (Restroom)

After making a reservation, whenever needed, the user can go to the self-service kiosk to reserve and pay for extra services, such as the use of the restroom.

7. WC Selection

To use a restroom, the user simply selects the desired WC and the amount of time they wish to use it. After selecting the WC, a page is displayed where the user enters the reservation code and completes the payment.

8. Extras: Washing

To reserve or activate the use of water for bicycle washing, the user can do so at the kiosk by selecting the appropriate option.

9. Washing Time

The user must indicate the amount of time required for washing and then enter the reservation code before proceeding to payment.

10. Extras: Electrical Outlets

To purchase or activate the use of electrical outlets, the user can do so at the self-service kiosk by selecting the desired option whenever needed.

11. Outlet Selection

The user must select an available outlet and specify the usage time, then enter the reservation code before proceeding to payment.

Autonomy, Efficiency and 24/7 Operation

Implementing this solution at Trute’s MotorHome Park / Trailer Park brings a number of immediate and long-term benefits:

  • Complete autonomy for guests, who now have the freedom to enter, leave, or purchase services at any time of day.
  • Significant reduction in queues and waiting times, especially during peak periods.
  • Continuous operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without the need for permanent staff presence.
  • Greater control and security, thanks to the integrated code system and automatic barrier.
  • Improved experience for national and international tourists, accustomed to quick and intuitive self-service solutions.

With the installation of this self-service kiosk with the TURIN model, the YTicket Campground software, and the gate access system, the Trute’s Trailer Park is taking a decisive step towards the digitalization and modernization of its services.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS thus reinforces its role as a leading technology partner in the tourism sector, offering complete solutions that improve operational management and enhance the experience of all visitors.
