The ICX Association Elevate Awards, which aim to recognize creative and innovative implementations, honor individuals and organizations that are pioneers in the use of technology to elevate the customer experience.

The YPortal software
The YPortal software, idealized and developed by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, is a global interactive information system for Smart Cities.
This software for interactive Digital Billboards, which also has an APP version for mobile devices, was developed with special focus on municipalities and tourism, but can be adapted to any type of sector.
YPortal provides important information on transportation, utilities, cultural calendar, hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, events, etc. More than that, it transmits cultural information to citizens in a clear and informative way through state-of-the-art technology.
YPortal was, thus, designed to meet the main information needs that people have when and where they need it, including points of interest relevant to, for example, a city, a museum or events.
Having completed the application, we are now waiting for the announcement of the winners, on June 1, 2022, during the Interactive Customer Experience Summit.
