Self-service kiosks with YCanteen / YSnack software

The YCanteen / YSnack software was developed by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS with the purpose of being installed in self-service kiosks for the restaurant sector or canteens, so that users can, in a faster and more autonomous way, choose the products they want to buy.

At the kiosk, after the products are added to the cart and the payment is, the order is registered and sent to Delivety software, which will then display it at the kitchen display (KDS). This integration is carried out through Webservices and API's that PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS developed for integration with Delivety.

Delivety integration for order and delivery management

Delivety is an order control service for kitchens integrated in the self-service kiosks.

The communication between YCanteen software and the Delivety service is done through the latter's API, complementing the whole experience in the restaurant sector.

Once the order has been chosen at the self-service kiosk and payment has been duly made, Delivety's order and kitchen control service allows kitchen staff to enter orders placed via the interactive kiosk.

The order data is sent to the Delivety API, which quickly creates a card with the order details in the backoffice.

The employee's only role is to approve the order, and it is quickly forwarded to the kitchen so that the orders are filled, according to the end customer's specifications.

Qmagine - Successful fulfillment management

In addition to this service for the restaurant sector, a Qmagine API is integrated in order to allow queue control and management in the order delivery process.

As soon as the order is placed and paid for, a password is printed with the order number and corresponding data, and the customer can confirm his order.

With this service, the customer can track his order at the counter, contributing to a good management and service organization.
