PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS strengthens its international presence with the development and production of self-service gift card kiosks, installed in several European shopping malls, notably in Croatia and Slovenia, through a project carried out through a business partner.

These kiosks represent a new form of interaction between the visitor and the mall, offering a simple, fast, and fully autonomous shopping experience.

Self-service Convenience

These self-service kiosks allow users to purchase gift cards directly on the equipment, without the need for employee intervention.

The process is simple:

The visitor selects the desired amount;
Pays using a credit or debit card;
The self-service kiosk automatically dispenses the physical card (gift card);
The card is then ready to be used at participating stores in the mall.

This system was developed to improve the visitor experience, streamline the purchasing process, and increase gift card sales, while reducing lines and workload at traditional service desks.

Functional Design and Total Integration

For this international project, two kiosk models produced by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS were used, the MEDIA QSR and the XEKIN, both recognized for their versatility, robustness and modern design.

The kiosks include integrated payment systems, a printer, and a card dispenser, ensuring a complete and secure process for the user. Each piece of equipment is customized with the mall's or administrator's branding, ensuring visual consistency and harmonious integration with the surroundings of each commercial space.

Designed for busy environments, these kiosks feature a durable, sturdy construction suitable for continuous use in both public and indoor spaces.
