Self-Service Balcony Kiosk for French Airports

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS has developed another international project, this time for the French Airports, with the aim of making passengers more satisfied!

The chosen self-service multimedia kiosk was the SPEKTRO and its main feature is the printing of luggage tags.

In this way, French passengers will be able to tag their luggage in an interactive and automated multimedia kiosk. The intent is to reduce the waiting queues and the time spent at check-in.

SPEKTRO is an indoor multimedia kiosk, which allows easy access to information. In addition it can be customized and used for different possibilities: fixed to a wall or on top of a desk / counter.

Transportation and aviation increasingly rely on the digital approach to make the passenger experience enjoyable by avoiding complaints.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS technology continues to enable a "fast trip" to self-service. With a very intuitive and pleasant interface, it will allow passengers to have a complete process in the delivery of luggage.
