SENSES Multimedia Kiosks with ClusterWall Software modernizes Moita City Council Facilities
Faced with the growing need to improve communication processes with residents, in a project led by a partner, the Municipality of Moita resorted to the interactive solutions of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS to requalify and optimize its facilities.
Thus, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS produced and developed interactive multimedia kiosks of the SENSES model, equipped with the ClusterWall Software, a communication and information sharing platform, for the Municipality of Moita.
SENSES Multimedia Kiosks
The SENSES model, more specifically the model with foot support, uses interactive technology and was developed to be used indoors and for any type of application. The objective of integrating multimedia kiosks is to promote the dematerialization and modernization of municipal services in Moita.
In this particular project, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS installed SENSES interactive kiosks, located on the Moita City Council premises, for the dissemination of content such as public notices and municipal information from the City Council itself.
The SENSES multimedia kiosk is perfect for incorporating interactive software and is distinguished by the following benefits:
- Announcements of the decisions of the entities and those responsible for the Municipality of Moita;
- Internal notices issued through municipal organic units;
- Notices or notices from external entities.
ClusterWall Software
To complement the digital transformation process that the City Council is implementing, in order to migrate the use of paper and traditional information panels to a digital model, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS also installed the ClusterWall software adapted to the Moita City Council, which allows the creation, management and optimization of customized content, in a simple and intuitive way.
In this Moita City Council project, the ClusterWall Software works as a way of accessing public notices and news, providing all Moitenses with the possibility of finding important information.
This software responds to the needs of citizens and the City Council itself and adds several features:
- Content management in an easy and intuitive way;
- More practical disclosure channel;
- Customized customization;
- Digital signature of documents.
In addition to all these advantages and features, these kiosks promote some of the principles that PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS intends to propagate with its projects, such as sustainability, since they reduce the printing of public notices and notices on paper.
