SLIMW Interactive Kiosk by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS at the service of Braga's Tourism
The Braga Interactive Tourism Store felt the need to implement innovative solutions in its facilities that would meet the needs of residents and tourists in the city.
In this sense, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS was responsible for developing and producing the SLIMW model, an interactive multimedia kiosk, in order to promote the dematerialization and modernization of the services provided in the Tourism Shop.
The interactive kioskv was installed at the entrance of the establishment, which can be consulted quickly, simply and intuitively.
In these interactive kiosk, the most diverse contents useful for tourists and citizens can be consulted, such as:
- Decrease waiting and service time;
- Increase visitor satisfaction;
- Provide more autonomy to visitors;
- Custom customization.
SLIMW - Communication and interactivity
The interactive kiosk, installed at the entrance of the Braga Interactive Tourism Store, allows access to information about the Municipality of Braga, tourist attractions, useful contacts and other relevant information for tourists and citizens of the municipality.
The SLIMW multimedia kiosk had a positive impact on the flow of information, now direct to visitors to the city. In addition, there were improvements in communication with tourists and an increase in the autonomy of visitors to the Interactive Tourism Store.
With a design that easily adapts to any environment and with the possibility of being developed to measure, SLIMW's main functionality is the presentation of dynamic and interactive information.
