Urban Modernization in Sintra: PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS Installs Digital Billboards and Smart Benches

The Municipality of Sintra has taken another firm step towards a strategy of urban modernization and improved communication with residents and visitors.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS installed several state-of-the-art digital devices, indoor and outdoor digital displays, and smart benches, distributed across main streets, municipal buildings, and other strategic points in the municipality.

The initiative reinforces the city government's commitment to promoting more connected, sustainable cities focused on the citizen experience.

Digital Billboards for Communication and Information to Citizens

The equipment network includes NOMYU outdoor digital signage digital billboards and PLASMV indoor digital billboards, both interactive and recognized for their robustness, versatility, and high image quality.

NOMYU models, designed for demanding outdoor environments, offer interactive features and digital signage, making them essential tools for conveying informational content, urban guidance, municipal initiatives, or tourism campaigns.

In parallel, the PLASMV digital billboards were installed in indoor spaces, ensuring dynamic, modern, and visually appealing communication. These devices allow citizens and visitors to have immediate access to useful information, cultural events, public notices, and other relevant content, contributing to more efficient management of institutional communication.

SITTIN Smart Benches: Sustainability and Connectivity

Complementing this digital network, SITTIN smart benches were installed, an innovative solution that combines street furniture with advanced technological features.

The SITTIN integrates a solar panel, allowing for fully autonomous and sustainable operation, and offers mobile device charging via USB and/or induction, a particularly useful feature in high-traffic areas.

These devices also include side digital signage displays, which enhance visual communication in public spaces and provide new opportunities to disseminate useful content to those who live in and visit Sintra.
