WOW, World of Wine with PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS interactive self-service kiosks

World of Wine, through a project conducted and led by a business partner, has chosen PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS self-service kiosks in order to offer all customers the best possible experience.

Being the World Of Wine one of the main cultural points of the Oporto district and a good reason for tourists to visit the Invicta city, with the support of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, the museum managed to combine a fantastic history with materials and technological resources that make it even more special.

With more than 15 social spaces, 6 thematic museums and 9 restaurants, the World of Wine aims to reveal the secrets behind some of the main industries of the north region of Portugal.

This project of National interest has as its main mission to enhance the region's potential in strategic areas, to increase the cultural and museological offer of the city of Oporto and to increase the tourist attraction capacity of the destination.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS produced NOMYU Self-service Wall Kiosks in two of the museums present in the WOW, the Museum of Chocolate - The Chocolate Story and the Museum of Cork - Planet Cork.

Cork Museum

The Cork Museum aims to show Portugal as a major cork producer, responsible for 50% of global production.

In this way, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, with the support of one of its partners, joined forces with WOW and developed NOMYU Self-Service Wall Kiosks with landscape style displays for the payment of cork personalisation. After the customisation of a cork, the customer has the possibility, through the self-service kiosks, to pay by card, MB Way, contactless or cash (coins).

After the payment process is completed, visitors can follow the whole customisation process of their cork stopper, and immediately afterwards it will fall into the repository of the kiosk where the purchase was made.

Chocolate Museum

In the Chocolate Museum, where all the secrets of cocoa are revealed, each visitor has the possibility to know the whole process of chocolate production, from its origin to the final product, and can also take a personalised souvenir of the place.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS had a fundamental role due to the development of a NOMYU Self-Service Kiosk with 32" display in portrait shape, customized for card payments.

After the customization of the chocolate (flavour and message) that each visitor can take as a souvenir, through the kiosk installed on the WOW, they will also have the facility and autonomy to make their own payments.

These self-service kiosks have a main function to optimize processes in order to provide a more modern and technological environment, improving the experience of visitors.
