YPortal Interactive Software from PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS with Forms System at the Terminal Intermodal Campanhã, in Porto
The Terminal Intermodal de Campanhã (TIC), in Porto, receives thousands of passengers per day who arrive, pass through or depart from the TIC. There is a connection between Metro, Urban Buses and Train, and all roads lead to the terminal.
Through a partner, the STCP - Porto Collective Transport Company resorted to PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, a reference in the development of interactive software for information to develop the YPortal software for the Terminal Intermodal de Campanhã, with the main purpose of providing the terminal with an interactive digital tool that informs passengers, tourists and residents.
The YPortal software from PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, designed for use on Digital Billboards, is an alternative to traditional forms of information dissemination, contributing to the reduction of production and distribution costs of information, thus being more beneficial for the environment, avoiding unnecessary waste of paper.

With YPortal software for interactive digital billboards, people passing through the Terminal Intermodal Campanhã now have access to all information relating to this Porto terminal and, more precisely, information relating to STCP's urban transport.
With the integration of the YPortal software into Mupi Digital, TIC passengers have access to an interactive digital experience, which provides immediate satisfaction and ease in searching for information about municipal transport.

Surveys and Forms
In the YPortal software developed for theCampanhã Intermodal Terminal, terminal visitors can fill out a satisfaction survey, evaluating their experience and the TIC facilities.
After completing the survey, the information is sent to the YPortal backoffice, where TIC administrators have access to statistical data collected through the responses of YPortal users.
