YPortal software by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS for the presentation of interactive information at the Campanhã Intermodal Terminal

Inaugurated in July 2022, the Campanhã Intermodal Terminal (TIC) receives around 40,000 people a day arriving, passing through or departing from the TIC. The TIC is the place where all the lines meet, with connections to the Metro, Urban Buses and Train, all roads lead to the terminal, thus satisfying a priority assumed by the Municipality of Porto to promote multimodal citizen mobility.

Through a partner, STCP - Sociedade Transportes Colectivos do Porto resorted to PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, a reference in the development of interactive software for information. Thus, the YPortal software was developed for the Campanhã Intermodal Terminal, with the main purpose of providing the terminal with an interactive digital tool that informs tourists and residents.

In addition, the PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS YPortal software is an alternative to traditional forms of information dissemination, contributing to the reduction of production and information distribution costs, thus being more beneficial to the environment.

YPortal Software

With the YPortal software for interactive digital billboards, people passing through the Campanhã Intermodal Terminal now have access to all information relating to this port terminal and, more precisely, information relating to STCP transports.

With the integration of the YPortal software, TIC users have access to an interactive digital experience, which provides immediate satisfaction and ease in searching for information on municipal transport.

Among several features, it is worth highlighting the display of interactive content that aims to inform all citizens about everything that the Campanhã Intermodal Terminal has to offer:

  • Terminal services;
  • Transport operators;
  • Departure and arrival times;
  • Terminal map;
  • News;
  • Contacts;
  • Satisfaction surveys.

Satisfaction Surveys

In the YPortal developed for the Campanhã Intermodal Terminal, terminal visitors can fill out a satisfaction survey, evaluating their experience and the ICT facilities. After filling in the fields, the information is sent to the YPortal backoffice, where the TIC administrators have access to statistical data collected through the responses of YPortal users.

This functionality of the YPortal software is useful for institutions that serve the public, providing them with relevant and accurate information about the status of the service provided to their visitors, opening up space for improving the service and experience of citizens.

This was another project carried out with great success by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS. Attracting, informing and retaining citizens with a strategy of digital solutions focused on interactivity and digital signage was, without a doubt, our objective for this project.
