The software, developed by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, is associated with the customer's reservation and specific current account for each room, so that they can have access to the reservation and products to pay for at check-out. Whenever the customer places an order through YxOrder, the order is sent to the system's backoffice, which is controlled by a motel operator. The motel operator can start delivering the order through the backoffice and manage all customer orders in real time.
Operator Software and Centralized Management
YxOrder Motel software is not limited to interaction with end customers. To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, we have implemented a robust backoffice system for operators.
This backoffice allows you to see products ordered, delivered or yet to be delivered, with real-time notifications that allow the operator to assist customers and detect rooms still awaiting product delivery.
As soon as an order is received, the operator can begin delivering the product to the room and, when the product is delivered, they can select the “Delivered” option in the backoffice so that the product is added to the customer's current account. At checkout, the customer only pays for the stay and the products delivered to their room.
