In these specific situations, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS reserves the right to open an exception to analyze partnership proposals, provided that these are duly submitted and subject to rigorous technical and legal analysis by our management.

It should be noted that, under any circumstances, the company reserves the right to reject the execution of any project or the analysis of contents, without having to present any explanation or justification.

Unsolicited Submission of Documentation and Projects

It is essential to mention that any project, idea, drawing, suggestion, or other documents that are sent unsolicited without express request from PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS or its collaborators will automatically be covered by this universal rule.

In this sense, it is clearly established that:

  • Absence of Restrictions: The sending of such materials does not prohibit PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS from developing, evolving, and producing something identical or similar in the future.
  • Non-Confidential Nature: The company will consider these submissions as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
  • Use of Contents: The company is free to use, copy, or distribute such contents for any purpose, including the development of new products, without any compensation or obligation to respond.

The purpose of this guideline is to avoid potential misunderstandings or legal disputes when our products and innovation projects may appear similar to any received submission.
