Estimated Shipping Time

The company PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is not a carrier or freight forwarder, nor does it provide transport services and resorts to designated carriers or freight forwarders to transport equipment.

The standard shipping time frame is not guaranteed, only estimated. It can be influenced by various factors such as type of merchandise, weight, number of packages, carrier delays, pick-up day, customs procedures, strikes, shipping types (maritime, air, land) , etc.

For other countries the estimated delivery time is on request.

We ship internationally to any country in the world.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct address.

If the merchandise can not be delivered due to an incorrect address, for absence at the delivery point, or impossibility of contact with the customer, it will be responsible for any shipping charges to resend merchandise.

Within 12 to 48 hours after shipping, we will send you a shipping notification email that includes the name of the carrier.

Tracking information may not be immediately available, and may take a few days for it to be made available by the carrier. Some carriers may not provide tracking information or may not be updated in a timely manner.
