Taking into account the measures of the Government, which decided that the beaches will have a maximum capacity of bathers, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS developed the concept of Beach “Zero Contact” queue management , so that eventually there can be a people management in the entering and leaving the beaches. The objective is to reduce the spread of the new coronavirus through one or more contactless systems, avoiding physical contact.
According to this possible concept Beach “Zero Contact”, the entry of people can be managed either at the entrance or at the exit of the beaches. At the entrance to the beach, there may therefore be a ticket dispenser kiosk with proximity sensor and LED displays. It will be possible to remove a ticket with zero contact and control the entry of people on the beach, so that the maximum allowed limit is not exceeded. When leaving the beach, people pass the barcode of their ticket on the reader of the kiosk to register their departure.
Another aim of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is to help the Portuguese Environment Agency and the Government in controlling this situation, in order to guarantee social distance, as well as mitigating the spread of the virus. There are, in this scope, several ways to remove the ticket with “Zero Contact”, such as SCAN, QRCODE, SMS, Voice or Sensor, PORTIER system and Web Queue system.
