What is the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP)?
The Portuguese Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) is a nationally applicable program, with an execution period until 2026, whose purpose is the implementation of reforms and investments that allow the country to resume sustained economic growth.
With regard to the Digital Transition, significant changes are planned in the digitization of business and the state. In addition, the provision of digital skills in education, culture, health and forest management is also anticipated.
