CP from Belém requalifies service with QMAGINE queue management system
CP from Belém, in Lisbon, relied on PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS' services to requalify its queue and service management with a complete QMAGINE solution.
This project included the installation of a 55” PLASMV model digital billboard, a QUARTZ model ticket dispenser and a display for the presentation of information regarding the service status and ticket calling.
The digital billboard composed by the QMAGINE software, since it’s located next to the railways, includes a special anti-rust treatment and an anti-graffiti painting. In addition, its main objective is to manage information related to train schedules and ticket prices (among other contents).
