The Fábrica dos Óculos group was born in 2018, and in the space of 3 years, it has established itself as one of the main players in the Optical sector.

In order to respond to the increased flow of customers in store, the Fábrica dos Óculos of Porto resorted to PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, more specifically to the QMAGINE system and the QUARTZ ticket dispenser kiosk, for the optimization and requalification of its waiting queues and customer service.
Fábrica dos Óculos chose the QUARTZ model by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS in order to make a more organized, efficient and intuitive service management.
This is a modern and contemporary interactive kiosk that guarantees high performance and reliability. Integrated with a customer service and queue management software, and after selecting the service, the kiosk prints an information ticket with the service number and estimated waiting time.
The QUARTZ ticket dispenser, customized for Fábrica dos Óculos, presents several options for customers who visit Fábrica dos Óculos:
