Guerin opens new store in the Azores with Self-service Kiosks from PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS for Vehicle Rental

The Portuguese vehicle rental brand GUERIN has opened a new store at Ponta Delgada Airport, in the Azores, with a concept of digital innovation and autonomy.

In this way, GUERIN reinforced its green mobility and digital innovation strategy with a store focused especially on vehicle rental with self-service kiosks, SELLYU and TURIN models, developed and produced by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS.

100% Digital Experience

With SELLYU self-service kiosks for rental and reservation check-in and the TURIN model for check-out and return of vehicle keys, this new store in the Azores now incorporates the first 100% digital rental process of vehicles in Portugal.

We continue to move towards an entirely digital and online future, focused on constantly improving our services and customer satisfaction. The new Azores station completes the cycle of renovations of the Guerin stations at national airports, which are those where there is the greatest need to shorten waiting times.

With the unique experience in developing self-service equipment and interactive technology from PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, the SELLYU and TURIN self-service models were integrated into the store to allow a more autonomous interaction between customers and the vehicle rental company.

In addition to the interactive display that allows customers to navigate the process in a comfortable and intuitive way, the SELLYU and TURIN models were developed with ergonomic and user-friendly use in mind, in addition to being able to be integrated with any software or application and also various components such as a QR-Code scanner, barcode, card reader, TPA terminal, which allows payment for reservations at check-in.

At counter self-service kiosks, customers can manage their reservations, enter and update reservation data, add products and extras. The Key Return process, carried out using the TURIN model, is also simple, allowing keys to be returned independently and outside of working hours. The digital process is carried out in a simple and intuitive way:

SELLYU and TURIN Self-service Models

The SELLYU model stands out for being an exclusively over-the-counter self-service kiosk, ideal for locations with less physical space or that strive for more compact and ergonomic equipment.

As it is a versatile model, it can easily be adapted with different components, promoting a fast, autonomous and efficient payment process, providing a series of advantages:
