PLASMV Digital Billboard for Angra do Heroísmo
PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, through a national partner, developed and produced a PLASMV, for Junta de Freguesia do Raminho, in Angra do Heroísmo, Azores.
This project included the installation of the digital signage software YPORTAL, a solution that allows tourists and locals to have access to all relevant information and tools about the locality.
In addition, it is possible to combine a free Wi-Fi hotspot, a portal to access news, events, routes, tourist maps, contacts, pharmacies, photo galleries, public transports, local shops, hotels, restaurants, crafts, networks and more.
The features of this software are immense and can be managed remotely.
YPORTAL also makes it possible to inform citizens about the air quality index, share photos and control the operation of the software using a mobile phone. This software also contributes to the development of smart cities, since it allows better planning of cities; a better quality of life; lower energy consumption; wireless communication and smart network connectivity. At the same time, it is possible to increase sources of renewable energy and optimize the use of resources.
